I've been drinking mushroom teas for Reishi, Chaga and all other mixed teas from Four Sigmatic. Got these Om brand reishi and chaga but this is not mushroom tea. This is more of just full of grain and starch with very little mushroom if any. I tried this since price seems to be a little cheaper but going back to Four Sigmatic. Disappointed...
