this thing is a useless lump... IF YOU WANT MULTIROOM AUDIO CONTROL. hear me out. you pair it with one Echo (as the website says). no problem. you start multiroom audio (either from the voice remote, by shouting at alexa or from another room whatever). as SOON as you start multiroom audio the echo this remote is paired with... DISCONNECTS the remote. you can't even change volume, let alone stop or change audio. NO WHERE does it say this on this ad, or in amazon help. amazon support says this is considered "controlling multiple devices" and isn't supported. throwing it in a drawer since i didn't keep the box.
