I had my catalytic converter stolen and thought this would be a good solution. I purchased and had my mechanic install. First time out on the freeway, the car overheated. I took to the mechanic and nothing was wrong with the car. He took off the cat shield and I took car out. It didn't overheat. I had him install again and again, the car overheated out on the freeway. I had it removed again and now I want to return but they are saying it is past the window to return. It has taken me this long to figure out that it is a problem. And can you imagine how much money I've spent having it put on and taken off and put back on and taken back off?!! I'm angry, to say the least.
