Never worked, returned it. I have no intention of spending my day trying to get a simple product to work
i returned it. i put it on the network and my up-to-date mac never found the device. First the software install had an issue because the software is 32bit and macs prefer 64 bit software. when it didn't find the device i looked on the website and it was useless. the instruction insert and the online pdf had no troubleshooting information
if you enjoy tinkering to get a product to do what it should do right out of the box this could be a fun hobby for you. But if you just want it to work the way it's supposed to, this isn't the product.
