This fountain looks so great so I am very disappointed that it doesn't work right. The problem is that I cannot turn it on. When I do the water flows out of each tier and over the next one below and FLOODS the ground. The design is horrible. There is not enough horizontal distance for each waterfall to land on the next tier below as they do not stick out far enough past the one above, this includes the base that holds the water. I tried it with the pump on full blast, medium flow and the lowest setting. You get the same result every time, water EVERYWHERE! I will be returning it. The video I posted shows fountain is level and the pump on the lowest setting. You can clearly see the water shooting out past each tier and the base, all over the ground. I am regretfully returning it.
