We are replacing our old Panasonic phone & so so glad we did. This one is so much better. Caller blocking now is easy & quick. When you see a scam call coming in- one push of a button & they are blocked, you don't have to wait till they decide to hang up to do it. The other feature I love is that you can set it up so that when blocked callers try to call - they won't even ring thus not disturbing you. What I also love is having the 2 extra sets as I can keep one fairly active, one is charging & always full charge so can swap as needed. This is a really great phone, a big step up from the older model. Even if you don't need to get a new system, this is worth getting as it is really improved. UPDATE: This phone lasted less than 2 years. For some time, we've been denied using the best feature, call blocking. It keeps saying memory is full but when trying to erase anything, it says it's empty. We've tried everything to no avail. Contacting Panasonic was useless. I urge you not to buy this phone. It was great while it lasted, it just didn't last very long.
