Many people with eczema are allergic to this methylisothiazolinone, and Neutrogena should eliminate it from all their products, particularly ones that say hypoallergenic on the label. I got a terrible rash from methylisothiazolinone (perhaps from this product, hard to know for sure) - it led to being diagnosed via patch testing.
