Look up side effects; may cause allergic reaction!
CAUTION! Extreme allergic reaction to this supplement, and I only took HALF of the recommended dosage. Localized rash as well as small raised bumps on arms, and also having a "skin crawling " sensation for two days. I will not be taking this again.
