Do not buy this brand. Impossible to swallow. You take a big gulp of water, swallow and the next thing you know, it's still in your mouth sticking to the back of your tongue. For some reason, this pill does not want to go down your throat. I am going to buy a different brand in gel caps. Never have problem with this form. If you're going to buy zinc, buy in gel caps. Easier to swallow.
