Received the product last week and seemed like a good deal. Assembly was easy and product worked well for several hours. After your 5 of lugging logs and leaves around, the front pin attached to the front frame broke in half rendering the product useless. The front handle becamed detached and the front wheels detached from the frame. Theres no possible way to fix this issue unless a new front frame is shipped and replaced. The same day the cart broke I contacted the manufacturer via their website as instructed and have not heard back from them in 6 days. I also called their customer service # and get the same message that states "all of our customer service representatives are attending to other customers, please leave a message" I have left 2 messages in 3 days and have not heard back. Terrible service. Dissiponted in product just breaking after light use.
