I recently visited the dentist for an annual exam. He recommended the Zyppah appliance for my sleep apnea until I could find out how to get it under control. After reading the Amazon reviews I was skeptical, but decided not to go against the advice of my dentist. The device itself is very cheaply made for the price. It's just one plastic tray on top of another with some sort of putty in the trays that mold to your teeth. I tried the appliance for 2 nights, and both nights the Zyppah fell out of my mouth while I slept. The trays are not deep enough for your teeth to keep the appliance from falling out. The device did not fit my mouth either. The inside of the trays where your teeth rest is not very wide, or flexible. It felt like I had to force my teeth down into the tray to make it fit, and then it was too tight. I definitely expected better quality for $100.
