The length of the straps, and the angle required in order to get one's body an adequate distance from a doorknob in order to lift one's head off of the floor, render this useless. At the distance and angle required, the head support simply slides up and off. It cannot be shortened enough to provide the correct angle for use. The only way I could see this particular model working is if one had a stationary, heavy-duty bar overhead, from which to hang it.
