When It works, its a great workout However it continually shut offs while working out and Bowflex will not honor the warranty on this because my employer bought it for us to use. Now there was no point to getting one at all, you cant finish a full 30 minute workout because it powers down all the time. I have now decided not to buy this for my own family. Good one Bowflex way to stand behind your product.
