If you purchase the machine don't count on the 3 year warranty. I first wrote the customer service as instructed and sent proof of purchase and explained the problem . The heating element was going on and off as it cooked yogurt in the twelve hour time period. I only used it for 18 months. That was March 2016. I never received a reply. So I called the customer service number and was rushed off the hone and told to e-mail there tech. I did and have yet to get a reply. So I'll throw it out ,but I'll never by any products by Euro cuisine .
