nightmare set-up! HP set up software did not work. Sent printer back for full refund. Spent 1 hr with on phone with tech help, even allowed remote access to my laptop. Tech knew nothing about product and midway through the process his servers crashed! Had to reboot my laptop, disk check fixed some errors and now the laptop cannot connect to my blue tooth mouse! I have purchased several laptops and printer from HP, always been happy. No more.
