This product came to my home boxed properly. However, there were no instructions. There were only pictures on the box. The box indicated no tools required. Just put it on the pole and it will light when darkness comes. This one did not light. I sent the company an email about a week ago and am still waiting to find out what I should do next. I have not heard anything back. The frustration I have is having to bring the pole down to replace the light that should have worked the first time.
