I ordered this product because I trust in the Panasonic name. I have several of their products and have never has a problem before now. I chose this phone because it had all the features I wanted. I have used it for a few weeks now and something strange has been happening. I mostly use the hand held phone and while I'm talking I start to hear a crackling then the person on the other end keeps saying I DONT HEAR YOU, ARE YOU STILL THERE. So I hang up and call them and the same thing happens after a few minutes. So I went to the second hand held phone and after a few phone calls it happened again. I then tried using the base phone and it still happened. I can't use the phones anymore. HELP!!!!! I am in dire need of a home phone. I am anxiously awaiting for your reply. The only other phone that came close to this one is AT&T but I'm praying you can help me. Thank you and God bless you.
