I am tired of taking pills and capsules and tablets. I eat a healthy diet, but sometimes I feel l need a little extra boost of supplements. This Garden of Life spray Vitamin C does the trick for me. I've been taking it for several months now and here's what I like about it: 1. Super easy to take. Spray 5 times under the tongue and you're done. No big pills to swallow. 2. I love the tart taste. Makes my mouth pucker a little. 3. It's organic!!! 4. Garden of Life is a brand I've come to trust. 5. I've noticed a difference in my gums and skin. They are healthier since taking this supplement. 6. Garden of Life also makes a spray Vitamin B12. I take these together. Easy to remember. Recently I took a flight and I always like to take extra Vitamin C before I get on any plane. Rather than have to buy a $4 bottle of water at the airport just to take a few pills, I gave myself 5 vitamin c sprays and I was done. The bottle is 2 oz. so you can take it on the plane with you. I have this on Amazon's subscribe & save program so it gets delivered every month. Excellent value. Excellent product. UPDATE 7.18.17 -- Just got my Subscribe & Save order and this Vitamin C spray now come in a plastic bottle. I'm no longer a fan and will no longer order. How disappointing! Garden of Life knows better. They use glass bottle for so many of their other products, why would they put a liquid in plastic? SMH
