I got this case and loved it at first. I love Kate Spade and usually all of their products. It was very cute and seemed very durable. However I wanted to pair my Airpods to another device and there is NO cutout to access the small button on the back. I then tried to remove it but this case is next to IMPOSSIBLE to remove. I looked on Youtube for different ways to get it off. I tried cutting up a credit card and pushing it through the bottom. Nothing worked. I ended up having to cut off the case. Even when cutting it off it took time because it would just not let go. And cutting it also damaged my actual Airpod case that it charges in. So not only is my Kate Spade case ruined so are my Airpods. I will most likely have to buy a new case. What a colossal waste of time and money. Very unhappy.
