Im a professional hair designer. Paid $400 for it from Alta.com. broken down in less than 4 months of use. Contacted customer service for warranty service. And since then its been 7 days and they are still asking me to do this and that (home diagnose) to find out what the problem is. All I want is send it in for repair. Dyson is more than welcome to do any diagnose as they are pleased to do when its on their hands. For me, I have a broken dryer and would appreciate quick solution for a repair or replacement. And I didnt pay $400 for all that hassles and inconveniences to perform all that home diagnoses. Things broke down I understand but Dyson needs much better customer service to back up their "bad" products that breaks down in less than 4 months
