I have bought 2 of these Beats EP headphones in the past 6 months. Within 2-3 months, the cord frays where it connects to a device (see photo), leading to intermittent sound, and eventually, sound in only one headphone (a different one for each set!). "Coincidently, the lifespan of these headphones just exceeds the window for return or service. For the first month, they do however offer great sound for the price - which is why I bought a second one after the first one failed.
