I’ve purchased this duvet before and it has always been good quality and fluffy, but when I purchased this duvet (bc I upgraded to a full size), it came with a bug inside. Someone at Utopia Bedding please get in contact with me - I will keep this comment updated for the other customers! If this happens to you, I believe you should directly reach out on their company website (which was a bit hidden tbh) If you press "Get Product Support," it will lead you to a website and phone number. This didn't get acknowledged, but I received financial compensation from the bug in my duvet. Just be aware that you have to be proactive if this happens to you! Good luck everybody!
