I saw this beautiful and amazing tea kettle in Williams-Sonoma (they didn't have any more in stock) and thought it was amazing. After coming home, I went straight to the Amazon website to buy it. After reading that the plastic parts in the kettle that touch the boiling water do have BPA, I was so disappointed! For $250, can't they make something that is safe? We make tea 3-5 times a day and I don't want this toxin in my tea. I will just stick to my plain stainless steel until these companies finally get the message. People do not want to spend $250 for this amazing tea kettle and have BPA in it.
