They advertise the fact that its "adjustable patented fill holds its shape through the entire night". That's not even close to being true. It lost its shape all night long. My head just caved right into it. I should have known it couldn't be true. If you can you adjust the fill simply by fluffing it and resting your head into it, then how could it stay like that all night long? Also, it's loud; whenever you move your head, you hear a crunching sound. Waste of money. For such an expensive pillow, it's a piece of crap.
