This AC is the worst AC ever! Don't believe those reviews!! First of all it is extremely heavy, not portable at all as advertised. Second, more importantly, I believe it’s DEFECTIVE. In the hot weather I tried to use it, It was blowing warm air and it didn’t not cool down even my smallest room, no matter how long I was waiting for it to produce cold air. Third, the seller provided a return label (paid by customer) that is not possible to use unless i pay UPS $900 to ship it back. This AC is so heavy that you cannot ship it back through a normal post office. It needs to be UPS or FEDEX freight. So save yourself some trouble and better go to a normal appliance store and buy a good product. This one is my nightmare right now. VERY DISAPPOINTED
