Love the idea of this bed, was so excited to get it. First time I tried to raise the head of the bed, the actuator shaft broke in half. A call to IDealBed informed me that the part was covered but it was my responsibility to pay for shipping of a new one and my responsibility to find and pay a technician to install it. The bed is 30 minutes old and that is the kind of warranty they offer? Bless Amazon, they offered to cover the shipping of the new part but I am not chancing it. What if something else breaks on down the line, I am stuck. So I am returning it for a full refund and will look for another brand. Edit: After reading the reply left by IDealBed to my comment, I called them to talk to Adam. He was not in and the customer service rep I spoke to was only argumentative. He just kept telling me that I had to call Leggett & Platt and that they would cover the repair. Since I had already talked to L&P for over 30 minutes, I knew this was not the case. The customer rep finally said he would take the serial number and give them a call. I also asked him to have Adam call me. It has been over a week and no one has contacted me. The bed has been returned to Amazon.
