The noise reduction part worked really well for a month or so, I didn’t mind the hairs getting stuck since the peaceful nights of sleep were great with them on, fitted very comfortably and easy to use. However, I woke up this morning to my right ear bleeding heavily internally, and lost most of the hearing capabilities there as well. I’ve definitely noticed the pressurized seals others have mentioned, with the added side sleeper posture, I believe the putty created extra pressure and finally damaged something this time. Without fully sealing the ear (and thus creating pressure), the noise dampening doesn’t work. So needless to say, I won’t be using this product any further.
