Received and installed today, this unit is garbage. Fan starts when plugged in before even powering on, fan speed is completely erratic with a mind of its own, and unit continues to run after being powered off. I could have overlooked the more complicated than usual install and even the huge air gaps underneath if it performed as advertised, but that just hasn't been our experience. Edit: the only thing worse than my particular unit was the customer "service" I received. Spoke by phone, sent a functioning link to several videos, sent the video files when they said the link didn't work, yet still nothing but run-around from customer service. They closed claim with no resolution due to "no proof of purchase" yet I have an email from them thanking me for sending the receipt. Be wary.
