Doublju, from what I've noticed, has a really annoying habit of misleading based off of their pictures. This is now the third, and last, time I've been burned by them by trusting their pictures. Allow me to explain. This coat looks wonderfully stylish in the picture, and it is to a degree in person. However, the reason that this looks so much more appealing than a lot of the pea coats on here is because it tapers in around the waist, which gives it a very tailored and stylish look. If you look at the rest of the pea coats on here, they're just straight up and down like a rectangle, giving them a much less attractive look. So, I went with these as I'm a thinner guy and I like a tailored, fit look to my clothing. Guess what? This thing does not taper in in the slightest. It's not fitted at all. Doublju has a picture of a tailored coat while the actual product is nothing like that, and frankly, that pisses me off because THAT is why I bought it. Otherwise, it's a nice coat, quality seems to be good for the price, and it's reasonably warm from what I've noticed. I'll be returning it due to the aforementioned issue, though. Stop lying to your customers, Doublju. Edit - I wound up keeping this coat as the return shipping was prohibitively expensive. After a few months of ownership two of the buttons fell off of it. I reattached them, but a little after that I snagged the coat on the edge of a table and the coat ripped like a piece of paper. There's a reason why this coat is cheap, so don't expect it to hold up for too long. Also, I never mentioned this in the initial review, but there is a completely non-functional zipper on the shoulder that drove me nuts. Why is it there? Who put it there? For what purpose? It looks stupid and it doesn't allow you to put even a credit card in it. It literally unzips into nothing. So pointless and it does nothing to enhance the aesthetics of this jacket, only detract. Next to that pointless zipper is a pointless clasp that constantly became unbuttoned. Similarly infuriating, and I have no idea why it was placed there, either.
