We ordered this couch because it was reasonably priced and it had decent reviews. We loved the look and the idea of it being an extra bed for company. My boyfriend paid an extra $125 dollars to have the couch delivered up to our apartment. When it arrived, the delivery guy was by himself so my boyfriend had to help bring the couch up. He complained about the extra payment for the delivery and the fact that he had to help move the couch. The company was nice enough to refund only half of the delivery fee. The couch was easy to assembly, it looks nice, but we've had it for less than a week and the front leg is bowing out. Also,the staples holding the black backing fell out and is now hanging loose, shredded under the couch. Needless to say, we are very disappointed by this purchase. UPDATE, the entire frame cracked because all the cheap metal staples came lose so the couch is garbage now..it didn't even last a week, Do Not purchase this crap, I expect a FULL refund
