Very disappointed with the Delta Glider. Comes in a giant box and you have to assemble, which is fine. When it came to the assembly it took me two hours to realize that the bottom (base) did not fit with the top (back of the glider). Basically they are supposed to line up together on the metal and you should be able to slide the top down to the base. Well guess what? The parts I got did not want to fit! So I called Delta Customer Service (Manufacturer) in the hopes they could investigate and send a replacement top or bottom. They had me take pictures of everything and they emailed me stating that the Top was made incorrectly because it had the wrong metal pieces on the side that would cause it not to fit the bottom. They did not have spare Tops so they told me to call Amazon and simply return. Great. Amazon was gracious enough to send a replacement order. Amazing Amazon customer service. Unfortunately, Delta made the top incorrectly again! This time I am so upset I had to write my first review and even take a video of the process! Please avoid as we got two gliders from Amazon and both pieces inside were made incorrectly! Do not waste your time or money on this pos glider which they cannot even manufacturer correctly. Also, Delta customer service is horrendous! They must deal with so many customers with terrible experiences because they were not nice at all and insinuated that I was trying to get a free glider! Just give me the part I need, I got a pregnant wife who needs this glider for the baby! Avoid avoid avoid!!
