Be Very Careful ! I acted far to quickly. Like another reviewer stated I saw the price and memory, liked small form factor concept, trusted the "Certified Refurbished" and I have always trusted Amazon. This is a major update on this. There is a reason the price keeps coming down....it is a piece of garbage, an old beat up system they threw some memory into. The operating system will need to be totally replaced. It is a constant repetition of crashes, errors, memory dumps and on and on. DO NOT BUY THIS. I contacted the seller, a waste of time, I contacted Amazon who claimed they would help, they haven't. I'm out $399 and no way will I purchase a computer from Amazon again, not even a new one, and I am a regular Amazon customer. I was promised a complaint had but registered and I would hear shortly...no dice...nothing. I'm stuck with a total piece of junk computer. AVOID THIS and SJ Computers LLC totally...it is a rip off.
