POS and won’t honor refund/warranty.
Roomba emits a high pitched, miserable wailing from the moment I took it out of the box. Spent over 2 hours trying to get a return label. Amazon refused to send me a return label. They listened in while I talked to IRobot for over an hour. Couldn’t fix it. Still wouldn’t send me a return label or replacement. Left with this screaming deafening vacuum I can hear from outside of my house the noise is so miserable. Ultimately seeking a credit card refund now.
