Update August 15, 2018 -- Lowered the rating to 1 star. They're not ever really comfortable and 15 miles into a ride they start getting very uncomfortable. As I said in my original review, I have 2 pair I bought back in 2012 and they have at least 1,500 miles on each of them. Both of those are FAR more comfortable to this day than this new version. Don't waste your money. Not the same as the old version (of which I have two pair and like just fine). The padding tends to bunch up and pinch and the material is not as comfortable against the skin. I do a 30+ mile ride every other day and rotate between the three pairs that I have. This new pair is the only one that feels uncomfortable even though the other two have thousands of miles on them by now.
