I have been buying Jigsaw mag for quite a while now because it is highly recommended on a FB group that I follow. For some reason, I just felt like seeing how long it takes for a tablet to break down in vinegar. I learned several years ago that if a supplement does not break down in liquid within 20 minutes, it is not breaking down fast enough in your digestive system. Thus not being of any benefit to you. Now since the Jigsaw mag is time released, I would expect it to take longer to breakdown in your digestive tract and in a glass of liquid. But the photo that I have included is of a tablet which has been soaking in distilled vinegar for 26 HOURS!!! Just a small amount of the coating has come off. So if it has not broken down in a glass of vinegar in 26 hours, it's likely getting pooped out as a whole tablet. That's a lot of money going down the toilet. FYI, after I took that photo, I stirred the vinegar, but the tablet remained whole. I then cut it with a knife and it just broke into pieces. Still didn't dissolve. Try it yourself if you don't believe me.
