I wish I had not purchased this oven. I made fried chicken according to the recipe book. I burned my hands a bunch of times because the trays are not wide enough. What a joke to put the tray in it fell down twice with the chicken on it. You are suppose to turn the chicken half way. I did this and the tray fell and all the chicken fell off and onto the door. What a mess all over the door to the oven and my cabinet. Also it is faster to deep fat my chicken then cook it in this fry oven. I was so mad and tired of burning my hand. The trays are not safe to use. I would not recommend any one to buy this. I am afraid to try the other assessories that come with this fry oven.
