This is a terrible product! it's shredding at the edges, and the "grass" just falls out at the slightest touch. I've had it for a week, with very little walking on it and it has a bald spot already. I requested to return it, which was accepted, however buyer must pay return shipping (which is over half the cost of the product) and the policy says it's subject to a 50% restocking fee, so I get no money back? just absurd. Don't buy this!
