Don’t do it!!!! A pet vacuum that doesn’t clean hair off of carpets, and gets clogged by hair! I upgraded from a corded Shark vacuum to this, as I was sick of unwrapping pet hair from the beater bar of my old Shark. This “Pet Pro” model said that it has an anti-wrap beater bar so that per hair wouldn’t get wrapped, so I figured it would be a great upgrade. The suction is good, the maneuverability and cordless aspects are quite nice...but it doesn’t remove dog hair off of my carpets, and it periodically gets clogged with hair and/or debris and then I have to flip it over and stick my fingers inside around the beater bar and up the hose to manually remove the clog, and unfortunately this needs to be done almost every time I vacuum. Huge disappointment. If you have a hairy dog, this vacuum is NOT for you, unless you like hairy carpets and sticking your fingers deep inside your vacuum to fish out clogs of hair and dust. I called Shark and they were useless; they tried to replace the battery unit, but since it doesn’t pick up hair and clogs, replacing the battery would be useless. Amazon is charging me a big restocking fee, but better than nothing. If you have pets DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM. A paper weight would do a better job.
