When something seems too cheap to be true it probably is. These knives are dangerous. The handle breaks off when minimal force is applied. Cleverly disguised to look like a full knife, the plastic handles are held on to the blade by an inch of metal. I always thought Farberware made quality products but these are as cheap as they come. We've had two really close calls where the blade has shot out of the handle and almost cut us. Do not recommend, invest in a quality product
