What's wrong with the word "guys"?
This USED TO BE our favorite show (big emphasis on USED TO BE). That's no longer the case. I can't understand why is the word "guys" offensive. I can't understand either why Probst is making an issue out of this by asking if it's okay to use this phrase that has been used for the past 40 seasons. It's ridiculous! I wish someone had asked Ricard what his issue with this "non gender specific word" is. I wish someone else would have said: "I have a problem with Probst ommiting the word "guys", raise hands those of you who are okay with it" Why do we need to change our language when the words we're using are in no way, shape or fom derogatory? Why? And most importantly, why is Probst is pushing for this? This will be the first season I WILL NOT WATCH. As a heterosexual, I find it offensive to censor this word as if it was a bad word. You' making it all about the LGTBQ and as a heterosexual I FEEL EXCLUDED. Outrageous!!!
