I have enjoyed this line of products. However, this time they've taken a bad turn in regard to honesty. Now I don't know what to think of them. Misrepresentation Coffee: At least two places in the desctiptions say the coffee pot is 4 cups. Another place it says 3 cups. Unless the pot is sitting just perfectly, when it's half full, coffee starts going everywhere. Misrepresentation Oven: Statements and photos both show oven as capable of handling 4 slices of bread. I don't know where they got that miniture loaf of bread. IT DOES NOT HODL 4 SLICES of today's bread. One bagle (sliced) barely fits. Usability: The power cord is too short! Instructions: The instructions are limited to how to use the control knobs. Period. Worse, the knobs are the only thing that is actually self-explanatory about this machine. There are no instructions for how to use anything. There aren't even drawings showing what the parts are or what is supposed to be there. There is a loose tray, but no instructions or comment about how to install it -- or whether the wire one has to be removed first. There is nothing to show what is removable or how/where to lift the plastic parts of the coffee area. All those hinges are plastic and I was worried I would break something. No description, no drawing. Nothing.
