I bought this pillow for my husband because it claims it can help you sleep better. Since it had a try for 100 days if you aren't happy you get a refund guarantee. At first it did seem to help but by 2 months the pillow has gone completely flat. I tried to return it and Amazon only lets you return things for 30 days so I called Sleepgram and they said I have to return it to Amazon since I didn't buy it directly through them. So basically the 100 day try it guarantee is totally worthless if you buy on Amazon even though it's advertised on Amazon that it will be honored.
