1) the $170 price tag for a metal bar and three bands is extremely high. 2) my first attempt at this thing I could use the entire resistance bands on my very first attempt and I am an average strength person. 3) it is a must that you buy extra bands if you are going to insist on using this product. However using exter bands is awkward cumbersome and still ineffective. 4) it’s not “portable” as in you can carry this in your suite case. It’s easy to put under bed etc. (Probably the only positive thing) and maybe you will never get out from under the bed because it is useless.
