I used this product religiously for two weeks but it did nothing for my plantar fasciitis. However, it did make the skin on my feet nice and soft and nothing else I've tried for PF has worked either (even real ibuprofen). I sent it back to Penetrex and they fully refunded my money quickly and with no questions asked. They even sent a nice apology note with my refund check. That's great customer service.
