I got the 3 inch version for over 2 months now. This topper feels AMAZING when you initially lay on it. Its soft but supportive and hugs your body just right. The problem is when you lay on it and it starts heating up with your body temperature it loses its supportiveness. It softens up too much and you start sinking in it. The areas around your body which is cooler and firmer makes it harder to get out of the sunken spot you're sleeping in. If the firmness stayed the same the whole time you are in bed this would be absolutely a 5 star mattress topper but unfortunately I wake up with my lower back aching from sleeping in a "U" position. Unfortunately the return window is closed and I'm stuck with it. Don't let the good reviews fool you.
