If you have a large house, do not purchase. Having multiple walls/rooms will disrupt signals. Camera worked well in the next room, but anything beyond 30ft, the camera will continue to drop off. I just purchased yesterday and 3 of the camera's batteries fell below 30%. Called netgear customer support several times and the level 1 tech is set up to get you to a higher tech to have you pay $149 to have them troubleshoot. They follow a standard protocol, then their primary goal is to get you to level 5. I asked them to connect to the devices from their end and their answers are always, "I can do that for you, but I need to access your computer first...". I have found multiple forums with similar issues, which I wished I would have found before spending well over $700 and several hours spent I will never get back. I do not like submitting negative reviews but hope this will keep someone from making the same mistake that I did.
