This product did nothing for me. I am a heathy, physically fit 82-year-old male, and I brought it based on claims of increased energy, improved recovery from workouts, and better brain function, but I experienced none of these. Also, I found that using it while wearing a finger-tip oximeter did not increase my oxygen level. Finally, I was unable to increase the rate of burning a match by feeding it with the gas. Makes me wonder if the gas in nothing but compressed air. In any event, for me, the product is worthless!
