This software may be great, but I don't know and may never find out. I want to convert interviews from a digital recorder to text. I was trying to figure out which version of Dragon would best suit my needs, Dragon Naturally Speaking Home 11 or Dragon Voice to Text for Digital Voice Recorders. I tried doing the "instant" chat with a sales rep (took some patience to wait until someone was actually chatting with me) and it was a horrible experience. Lynn Arbuthnot never did take the time to understand my question and simply tried to sell me as much as possible - the premium version plus wouldn't I really like to buy an overpriced voice recorder? She asked if she could call me (I had to give my phone number before being able to do the chat). I expressed that it had been a frustrating experience for me and "no, do not ever call me." She immediately called me and literally filled up my answering machine. I tried to make a complaint to Nuance, but they charge $9.95 for an email and 19.95 for a phone call.
