It works awesome like everyone else for the first couple of weeks. Then the filter problem just kicks in. The water start tastes like fish/lemon at some point, clean up the whole thing except filter the problem still exists. I figured out couple reason: 1. They make money by selling filters. That's a fact, just check out the price of filters and you realize the container is basically free. 2. Their filter is much easier to die out compared to other brands and create this disgusting taste to water. 3. My filter has water on the cap when first opened, which I didn't give much attention but recent research shows it might be a used one. Because it should be completely dry on the cap. 4. My cat starts puking recently, the same time period since I find the special taste in the water. 5. They have this issue way back to 2010 and still didn't solve it. I don't think they would even try to solve it so that people can keep buying their filter but god knows why there's this strange taste and what it does to your body. Anyway, do not buy it, at least tap water won't give me this weird taste and other brands of filter should work just fine.
