After ten years of using PUR, I have had it with this company. I used to love these filters, and now I spend more time trying to "fix" them so they flow right than I am actually using them. They clog up and no water flows through them, so I have to interrupt my day and spend five minutes trying to get them to flow again by following the directions on the insert in the box. The fact that PUR had to insert a flyer into the box telling you different things to try to unclog them, proves that they know they are selling defective filters. The first seven years, I never had to "fix" these filters. The last three years, I have had to "fix" nearly every one of them. I am thinking PUR found a way to make them cheaper so they could roll in more profit on these already-overpriced filters, and they were thinking that people would pay whatever price they asked, no matter how poor the quality. Well, count me out of those profits from now on. I gave them 3 years to fix this mess, and they obviously no longer care.
